The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Approved Electrician to join a growing team.
You will work on a wide variety of commercial, industrial and hazardous area projects, undertaking electrical installations, maintenance, testing and fault finding to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment. Carry out inspection, testing and fault diagnosis. Read and work from drawings and specifications. Set out works and requisition materials as required. Complete site documentation and records accurately. Supervise and support electricians and apprentices on site where required. Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or recognised equivalent). 2391/52 Inspection & Testing qualification (or equivalent). Experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in industrial or hazardous area environments. COMPEX qualification. SSSTS. IPAF. ECS/CSCS card. Experience supervising small site teams. Why join?
