We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Demolition Labourer to join our team on an upcoming project based near Tonbridge. This is a physically demanding, site-based role supporting demolition and strip-out works as part of a wider construction programme.

The successful candidate will work closely with the site management team and demolition operatives to ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with soft strip and demolition works
Breaking out and removing materials as directed
Loading and clearing debris into skips safely
Using hand and small power tools where required
Supporting machine operatives and skilled trades
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and site cleanliness
Ensuring segregation and safe disposal of waste materials
Adhering strictly to all health & safety regulations
Reporting hazards, defects or unsafe conditions immediately

Requirements

Valid CSCS card (essential)
Previous demolition experience (claw attachment)
Asbestos awareness certificate (desirable)
Good understanding of site safety procedures
Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work
Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
