We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our team on an upcoming project based near Tonbridge. This is a hands-on site role supporting the delivery of a high-quality construction project.
The successful candidate will work closely with the site management team and subcontractors to ensure the site remains safe, clean and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting trades and site management with day-to-day tasks
Maintaining site cleanliness and general housekeeping
Moving and handling materials safely around site
Loading and unloading deliveries
Assisting with site set-up and temporary works
Ensuring welfare areas are kept clean and tidy
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
Reporting hazards or concerns to the site team
Requirements
Valid CSCS card
Valid UK Driving License
Previous construction site experience preferred
Good understanding of health & safety practices
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
