Live-in Maintenance Person – 2 Days Per Week – Free En-suite Room
We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy maintenance person to help maintain our properties 2 days per week.
In return, we offer a free private en-suite room as part of the role.
Duties:
General property maintenance
Basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
Painting and decorating
Changing locks, handles and light fittings
General handyman tasks
Keeping properties clean and well maintained
What we offer:

Only 2 days of work per week
Flexible working days (by agreement)

Requirements:
Experience in general property maintenance or handyman work
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work independently
Own tools preferred but not essential
