Has an integrated wardrobe. sewn in groundsheet in living area/bedrooms. Used approx 6 times from a non smoking no pet family. Good condition in original packaging well looked after. Has small hole in right hand side triangular window which is in porch area external to living area no major detriment when using, Enquires made into replacing triangular window can been done cost involved.
