6 birth Outwell Yukon River 6 Mocca coloured tent plus extension awning (Not shown as too large to add it on in my garden) plus Outwell carpet.

Reluctant sale due to my spinal Spondylosis which keeps landing me in a wheelchair in severe pain.
It is very spacious and in great condition except for some fading and a half inch glue repair to roof after someone's fire cinder landed on it.(See last photo). There are no marks or other damage. It has been used a several times.
Tent can be seen before purchase.

The advantages of a poly cotton flysheet is that it provides a cooler internal climate and is inherently more breathable than polyester. While it is also significantly heavier than polyester, it is arguably more durable, and makes for a quieter internal living environment, especially in windy conditions. The Outwell Yukon River 6 utilizes an external steel pole construction with a single Duratec firbreglass rain-safe pole over the porch area. The living space measures a very generous 4.15x2.15m with zip-in/out groundsheet, a U-shaped side door, full panel front door and a large panoramic window. The sleeping area features a 3+3 berth universal inner which means that one half of the inner can be detached and stored away when not in use. Other features include: 22mm steel poles with Duratec 8.5/9.5mm poles; two upright steel porch poles; flysheet first or as one pitching; carrier bag; Adjustable reinforced pegging point; pre-attached luminous guys; full length mesh pocket; Outwell Heavy duty zips which are in good working order.
This is a heavy tent. The tent comes in a large bag. There is a separate one for the poles and another one for the awning. The tent weighs 27.6kg and the poles weigh 15.7kg. It takes 2 people to erect it.
