Tutor & Learner Support
Location: Leeds
Salary: £26,208 per annum, rising to £27,000 after 6-month probation
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Are you passionate about education and supporting learners to achieve their goals? Our client, a leading training provider, is looking for a Tutor & Learner Support professional to join their team in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a growing and supportive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
Encourage learner engagement, critical thinking and participation.
Assist with marking, assessments and learner feedback.
Collaborate with tutors to plan and deliver sessions.
Provide Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) to learners.
Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Matrix standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification or relevant professional experience (telecommunications or related field).
Maths & English at Level 2 or above.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of inclusive learning practices.
A proactive, learner-focused approach.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with e-Portfolio systems (OneFile preferred).
IAG Level 2 qualification (or willingness to work towards).
Experience with Ofsted inspections.
Commitment to CPD and professional growth.
Benefits:
