Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with emotional, social, or behavioural needs.

Monitor attendance and punctuality, supporting interventions where necessary.

Build positive relationships with students to encourage self-esteem and resilience.

Liaise with families and external services to ensure holistic support.

Promote safeguarding and wellbeing across the school community.

Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.

A compassionate and proactive approach to supporting vulnerable learners.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection.
