The Role – Team Teach Trained SEN Teaching Assistant

Qualiteach are recruiting a Team Teach trained SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a specialist provision in Brent. You will support students with a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and complex behavioural challenges. The ideal candidate will be confident using de-escalation strategies, following behaviour support plans, and working 1:1 or in small groups. Team Teach training is essential, and applicants must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
