Description
The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
· Provide 1:1 classroom support for a child with ASD.
· Encourage learning through positive reinforcement and personalised strategies.
· Help manage behaviour by setting clear and consistent boundaries.
· Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support progress.
About the Pupil
· Energetic and enthusiastic learner in Year 3.
· Has a strong interest in marbles - a perfect motivational tool for learning!

Requirements - What Were Looking For
· Previous experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally ASD.
· Strong behaviour management skills and a nurturing approach.
· Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
· A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
