WE ARE RECRUITING – TEACHING ASSISTANTS NEEDED IN TAMESIDE!

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Tameside.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have a genuine passion for education and supporting children with their learning and development.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working within a UK–based school.Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) – highly desirable.A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification – desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring and proactive approach.The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.General roles and responsibilities will include:

Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.Providing one–to–one and small group support to pupils.Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN.Helping to create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.Encouraging pupil engagement, participation and independence.Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation.Supporting pupils' social, emotional and academic development.Helping to manage behaviour in line with school policies.Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to the class teacher.If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Tameside, we would love to hear from you!
