Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Start Date: November 2026

Salary: GBP95 – GBP110 per day

Do you have experience supporting pupils with their learning and development in a primary school setting?

Are you adaptable, enthusiastic and confident working across different classrooms?

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Infant and Nursery School based in Quinton, who are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school supports children through the early stages of their education, providing opportunities to develop their confidence, independence and key learning skills.

The school is looking to take on a Level 3 Teaching Assistant after October half term, with both full–time and part–time positions available. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will work across Key Stage 1 / KS1, supporting class teachers with classroom activities, delivering small group interventions and helping pupils engage with the primary curriculum.

The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant will have:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience working with children in Key Stage 1 / KS1

Good knowledge of the primary curriculum

Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

Strong communication and classroom management skills

A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's learning
