We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a thriving SEN primary school in West Drayton, where you will play a key role in supporting students with additional learning needs.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored education plans that meet individual learning requirements.

Create a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters confidence and independence.

Support students with communication, sensory, and behavioral needs, using appropriate strategies to enhance their development.

Adapt learning materials and approaches to ensure accessibility for all students.

About You

To excel as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Have experience working with children, preferably in an SEN or education setting.

Be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students with additional needs.

Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
