Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across a friendly and supportive trust of schools in the Chesterfield area.

This role is ideal for a passionate SEN professional seeking flexible work while gaining experience across a variety of school settings.

About the Role

As a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) including ASD, ADHD, and SEMHWork across multiple schools within the trust, adapting to different classroom environmentsProvide 1:1 support and deliver targeted small group interventionsAssist with the implementation of EHCPs and personalised learning strategiesWork collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals

What We're Looking For

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Experience supporting children with SEN in an educational settingStrong behaviour management and communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to work across different schoolsA genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
