About the Role:

Aspire People is excited to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school community in Highgate. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support children's learning and development in a nurturing, inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in delivering high-quality education and support to pupils.

Support children with special educational needs and those requiring additional help.

Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Support pupils' social and emotional development through positive engagement.

Assist with preparation of classroom materials and activities.

Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviour as directed.

Who We're Looking For:

A compassionate, patient individual passionate about helping children learn.

Previous experience working in a primary school or similar educational setting is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
