Description
Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1)
Location: Radcliffe
Contract: Supply
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN, helping them access learning and grow socially & emotionally.
Responsibilities:
Support pupil's learning in class and small groups
Follow individual learning/support plans
Promote independence & positive behaviour
Work with teacher & SENCO to track progress
Requirements:
SEN experience (preferred)
Patient, calm & supportive
Strong communication & teamwork
Commitment to safeguarding
