SEND Teaching Assistant – Dudley & Sandwell

£100–£120 per day (dependent on experience & SEND specialism)

The role

*

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND

*

Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs

*

Work closely with teachers to adapt lessons and resources

*

Promote emotional regulation, confidence, and independence

*

Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

*

Support learning inside and outside the classroom

What we’re looking for

*

Essential: Previous experience working in schools supporting children with SEND

*

Proven experience supporting pupils with additional needs

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

*

Strong communication and behaviour-support skills

*

Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

*

A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people
