You'll have the chance to make a real difference by providing tailored support that meets the unique needs of the student, helping them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

We also offer trial days, so you can get a sense of the school environment before making a full commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the student in their social and emotional development, helping them to build resilience and confidence.

* Implement individual learning plans and behaviour management strategies tailored to the student's needs.

* Provide feedback to teachers and other professionals about the student's progress, challenges, and achievements.

* Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment to help the student succeed.

* Support the student with personal care or other specific needs, as required.

* Work collaboratively with other teaching assistants, teachers, and external agencies to ensure the student's needs are met.

* Maintain high standards of behaviour and contribute to a safe and respectful learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

* A calm, patient, and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to individual student needs.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

* A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.

* Experience in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting students' emotional and social development.

* An understanding of the challenges faced by children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH and a commitment to helping them overcome these challenges.

* A willingness to engage in professional development and training.

What We Offer:

* A competitive daily rate of £95 to £110, based on experience.

* A supportive, welcoming, and inclusive school environment.

* Opportunities for professional development and further training.

* The chance to make a significant, positive impact on the life of a student with special educational needs. xjnqpsq
