SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support Barnet September Start

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference?

We are working with a welcoming mainstream school in Barnet that is seeking enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September.

The successful candidates will provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs across KS2, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop their independence within the classroom.

The Role:

Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needsWorking across KS2Support pupils with their learning, engagement and social developmentHelp children access the curriculum and participate positively in school lifeBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupilsWork closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to support individual needsThe Ideal Candidate Will:

Have previous experience working with children with additional needsIdeally have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or similar settingBe patient, nurturing and understandingBe proactive, adaptable and confidentHave excellent communication and teamwork skillsBe passionate about helping children reach their full potentialWhat the School Offers:
