SENCO required from September on a full–time basis
Inclusive and high–achieving school in Slough
Experienced SENCO to lead SEN provision and work within a supportive senior leadership team
We are seeking an experienced and qualified SENCO to take a leadership role in a well–respected and inclusive secondary school in Slough. This full–time, permanent post will involve overseeing SEN provision, EHCP coordination, and managing the team of LSAs and support staff.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at a school committed to inclusion, with excellent structures in place for student welfare and development.
Experience and Qualifications
Qualified SENCO with NASENCo qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
Proven experience in leading SEN provision
Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
Effective communicator and team leader
Right to work in the UK
