110 Daily Rate

We are currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a Forward–Thinking FE SEN College in Dartford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and looking for long–term stability, with the chance to move into a permanent role.

The Role:

Supporting learners with a range of SEN needs in a Further Education setting

Working closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive behaviour

Supporting students both in and out of the classroom

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with SEN (FE, secondary, PRU, or similar settings preferred)

A calm, patient, and proactive approach

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education

Someone reliable who can commit Monday to Friday
