Are you an SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity? A welcoming primary school in central Dudley is looking for a dedicated TA to support pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) and Autism across EYFS and KS1.

This is a full–time, long–term role starting immediately, ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive through consistent, tailored support.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SLCN and ASCAssist in implementing communication strategies such as PECS or visual timetablesWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support individual learning plansHelp manage sensory and emotional needs in the classroomEncourage independence, communication and engagementWe're Looking For Someone That Has:

A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent in a relevant subjectExperience supporting children with autism and/or speech and language needsA nurturing and patient approach to behaviour and communicationAbility to build strong relationships with pupils and staffWhy Work with Long Term Futures?
