Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? A welcoming mainstream Primary School in Dudley is looking for a caring, committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.

You'll be working closely with pupils who require additional support, offering tailored 1:1 and small group interventions to help them thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and speech & language needsLead small group sessions tailored to individual learning goalsWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt resources and strategiesHelp manage behaviour positively and consistentlyPromote inclusion and pupil independence across all activities We're Looking For:

Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools qualification, or relevant qualificationsExperience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar settingA calm, patient, and empathetic approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine desire to support children's progress and wellbeing Why Work with Long Term Futures?
