SEN Teaching Assistant

Location – Wandsworth and surrounding areas

Pay - £95 - £110 per day

Contract – Full time and Part time positions available

SMART Teachers is looking for passionate and adaptable individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants in the Wandsworth area. Whether you have classroom experience or simply a genuine desire to support young people with special educational needs, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups

• Helping to implement tailored learning plans under teacher guidance

• Encouraging and promoting independence and confidence in learners

• Assisting with classroom activities and adapted resources

• Providing emotional and behavioural support to help students engage with learning

• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all
