About the RoleA specialist SEN school in Emsworth is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SENAssist in the delivery of tailored learning activities under the guidance of teaching staffSupport pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social developmentHelp manage behaviour positively and consistentlyContribute to the creation of a safe and engaging classroom environmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff Requirements
