Day-to-day of the role:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs.Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success.Monitor and report on student progress, adapting strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes.Foster a supportive and understanding environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in mentoring, teaching, or a related field.Strong understanding of inclusive education practices and strategies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs.A patient and empathetic approach, with a strong commitment to enhancing student well-being and academic performance.
