Work closely with the pastoral and therapeutic teams to support pupils' holistic development.

Help implement behaviour strategies and personalised support plans.

Encourage independence, confidence and resilience in each child.

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting children with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs (school, youth work or similar).

A patient, empathetic and child-centred approach.

Strong communication and behaviour management skills.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and use initiative.

Willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).

Due to the rural location, own transport and ability to drive are essential.
