About the Role:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher for Tradewind, you will be responsible for delivering high–quality lessons across KS3–KS5 in your specialist subject. You will also be expected to manage classroom behaviour, follow school policies, and ensure pupils remain engaged and supported in their learning.

We work with a wide range of schools, from large academies to smaller community schools, allowing you to experience different settings and find the perfect fit for your teaching style.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalentExperience teaching in UK secondary schoolsTwo suitable references covering the last 2 yearsA valid DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)Strong behaviour management skillsPassion for teachingReliable, adaptable and confident in different classroom settingsAbout us
