Start Date: January 2026

Contract: Full–time or Part–time (until end of academic year with possible extension into next academic year)

Location: Various off–site settings near Bracknell, Berkshire – access to a car desirable

Pay: Up to Classroom Teacher Pay Scale (for qualified teachers)

Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available

Are you passionate about supporting young people who thrive through personalised, flexible learning?

We are seeking caring and motivated tutors to provide one–to–one off–site tuition for students aged 5–16 some of whom have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other learning difficulties.

The role will likely involve personally visiting approximately 2 different students a day at their homes for vital one–to–one tuition.

This rewarding role involves working with students away from the school environment, helping them re–engage with education, build confidence, and achieve their learning goals.

About the Role:

Deliver tailored one–to–one sessions in Maths and Science (other subjects considered including Key Stage 2)Support learners across a range of abilities and needs, adapting teaching approaches accordinglyPlan engaging lessons aligned with each student's individual learning planMaintain accurate records of attendance and progressWork collaboratively with schools, families, and other professionals to support consistent learning outcomesAbout You:

Ideally a qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) – however, applicants with a strong tutoring or mentoring background will also be consideredExperience working with SEND would be advantageousFlexible, empathetic, and patient, with the ability to build strong relationships with studentsAccess to a car would be an advantage unless already based locallyMust have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)Role Details:
