Pay: £2000-£2100 per month

Veritas Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to work on a flexible daily supply basis across a range of welcoming and supportive nurseries in Hatfield and the surrounding Hertfordshire areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for qualified early years professionals looking to gain experience across a variety of nursery settings while enjoying the flexibility to choose when and where they work. Whether you're looking for full-time supply work or just a few days each week, we have opportunities to suit your availability.

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will support children aged 0-5 years, helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, play and thrive in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or an equivalent qualification (essential)

Previous experience working within nursery or EYFS settings

A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

A caring, positive and flexible approach to supporting young children

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities

Assisting with daily nursery routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play

Promoting children's social, emotional and communication development

Helping to maintain a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment

Working collaboratively with nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education

Supporting children's individual needs and contributing to their overall development
