Salary: £93 - £110

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Pupil Support Worker to support Key Stage 1 pupils with SEN. You will help children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring they receive the support they need to reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one or small group support for KS1 pupils with SEN

Assist teachers with differentiated learning activities and interventions

Support pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development

Encourage engagement, positive behaviour, and confidence in learning

Work closely with class teachers, SENCO, and other staff to monitor progress

Maintain accurate records of interventions and pupil progress

Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements

Experience working with young children, ideally KS1 or EYFS

Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy, patience, and a positive, nurturing approach

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting xjnqpsq pupil well being
