As a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or academic support. You will play a key role in helping to create a safe and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting pupils' emotional and behavioural needs in and out of the classroomHelping students understand and engage with lesson contentWorking 1:1 with pupils or in small groups to support learning and social developmentObserving, recording, and reporting on pupil progress to support interventionsCollaborating with SEN and pastoral teams to implement tailored support strategiesThis is an excellent opportunity to gain hands–on experience that will support your understanding of psychological theory in a real–world educational setting.
