Our dedicated consultants have an ideal mix of skills and knowledge, coming from a background of both hands–on classroom experience and extensive recruitment experience. Many of our roles for TA s have immediate start dates, with no need to wait until the new academic year to gain further experience.

The successful TA will have:

– Level 2 Certificate in supporting teaching

– Experience in classroom environment

– Strong communication skills
