Panoramic is partnered with a Trust in the South West, who are seeking an innovative and committed Headteacher to provide strategic leadership and management of a successful Secondary school. The postholder will ensure high standards of education, behaviour, and personal development, building on the school's strengths and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clear and effective leadership that secures high–quality teaching, learning, and outcomes for all pupils.Embed a culture of excellence, inclusion, and high expectations across the school community.Oversee the development of a broad and ambitious curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all learners.Lead and support staff through effective performance management and professional development.Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful environment for pupils and staff, ensuring robust safeguarding practice.Manage school resources efficiently and strategically to achieve sustainable improvement.Work collaboratively with trust leaders and partner schools to strengthen outcomes across the wider organisation.About You
