Location: South Birmingham
Contract Type: Full-time / Term-time
Salary: £90 - £95 (Dependant on experience)
Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development? We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with class teachers to support learning activities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils.
Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a safe, stimulating environment.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
A genuine passion for education and child development.
Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable.Why Join Us?
