As our Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service for all school staff. This is a hands‑on position where you'll manage end‑to‑end payroll processes, handle intricate pay scenarios, and work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑end payroll processing - including starters, leavers, contractual changes, and monthly submissions

Complex payroll calculations such as term‑time only adjustments, maternity/paternity pay, overtime, and pension contributions

Compliance management and ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations, audit requirements, and school policies

Working closely with HR and finance colleagues to resolve queries and maintain accurate records

Producing monthly reports, reconciliations, and data summaries for leadership
