A friendly and supportive nursery setting in Slough is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Level 2 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children during their early years development.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

* Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework

* Assist with play-based activities, learning sessions, and daily routines

* Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

* Support children’s social, emotional, and communication development

* Assist with mealtimes, toileting, and transitions where required

* Work closely with nursery staff and parents to support children’s progress

Essential Requirements

* Level 2 Qualification in Childcare – essential

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential

* Right to Work in the UK – essential

* Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS principles

* Caring, patient, and proactive approach

Desirable

* xjnqpsq Driver preferred due to location/travel requirements

* Level 3 Childcare qualification or working towards one

* Experience supporting children with additional needs
