Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a passionate and qualified Beauty Tutor to join a thriving education and training provider delivering City & Guilds qualifications to learners across study programmes.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Beauty professional with a passion for education, learner development, and helping students progress into successful careers within the Hair & Beauty industry.
The successful candidate will deliver:
• Introduction to the Hair & Beauty Sector – Level 1 Certificate
• Nail & Beauty Therapy programmes
• Personal & Social Development sessions
• Employability and learner support activities
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons and schemes of work
Differentiate learning to support all learner abilities
Deliver both group teaching and 1:1 learner support
Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
Prepare learners for assessments and successful outcomes
Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support learners with literacy, numeracy and ICT development
Maintain high achievement and pass rates
Requirements:
Level 3 or above in Beauty Therapy
PTLLS / CTLLS qualification (or equivalent)
DTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE desirable
GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Experience delivering vocational training or tutoring
Passionate about learner progression and education
