The Role - Teaching Assistant

Full-time Teaching Assistant position

PRU school based in West Drayton

Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs

Working 1:1 and in small groups

Assisting students inside and outside the classroom

Helping students regulate emotions and engage with learning

The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is:

Calm under pressure

Resilient and adaptable

Passionate about SEN and SEMH support

Experienced with challenging behaviour or PRU settings

Able to build strong relationships with studentsExperience as a Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Support Worker, or SEN Learning Support Assistant would be highly beneficial.
