Full-time Behaviour Mentor position

PRU school based in West Drayton

Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs

Working on a 1:1 and small group basis

Managing behaviour and emotional regulation

Encouraging engagement and positive choices

Supporting students throughout the school day

The Ideal Behaviour Mentor

The successful Behaviour Mentor will be:

Calm, patient, and resilient

Confident managing challenging behaviour

Passionate about supporting young people

Able to build strong relationships quickly

Consistent and professional in their approachPrevious experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Support Worker, Sports Coach, or Learning Mentor would be highly beneficial.
