Full-Time Teaching Assistant - Lower Key Stage 2

Location: Archway, London

Start Date: ASAP / September Start

Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development?

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Archway that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team.

The school boasts a well-established and supportive Senior Leadership Team who are committed to staff development and providing an inclusive, nurturing environment for all pupils.

Role responsibilities:

Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities.

Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support, including for pupils with additional needs.

Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and resource management.

Support children's social and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (KS2 desirable).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A patient, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting learning.

A genuine passion for making a difference in children's education.
