As part of our passionate and friendly team, you will:

Deliver high–quality care and education in line with the early years framework. Plan engaging, age–appropriate activities that support children s development. Observe, assess, and record children s progress, helping them achieve key milestones. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the learning environment is safe, clean, and stimulating.

What We re Looking For:

A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting. A genuine passion for supporting children s development and learning. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team. A caring, empathetic, and patient approach with children. A clear understanding of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
