Working alongside an experienced Early Years team, you will play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that help children build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential in the education and training environment.

Salary: 465– 500 per week

Key Responsibilities

Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.Plan and deliver engaging play–based activities that encourage curiosity and creativity.Support children's communication, language, literacy, numeracy, and social development.Promote confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment.Work closely with experienced Early Years practitioners to meet each child's individual needs and developmental goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

A Level 2 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, or Early Years setting.A genuine passion for supporting young children's education and development.A caring, reliable, and professional approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.The ability to commute to Hemel Hempstead.
