Learning Support Assistant – Specialist Provision (KS3)

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision in Billingshurst, West Sussex, supporting Key Stage 3 students with Social, Communication and/or Language Needs (SCLN).

Many of the young people attending the provision have transitioned from mainstream primary schools and thrive within a smaller, more nurturing secondary environment where they can receive the individual support needed to succeed both academically and personally.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants who:

Are patient, caring and understandingCan build positive and trusting relationships with studentsAre confident supporting social, communication and emotional developmentCan adapt their approach to meet individual needsEnjoy helping young people develop confidence and independenceContract Details
