* Delivering consistent 1:1 support for two students with autism

* Collaborating with top-tier SENCOs, speech therapists, and teachers

* Capturing progress, celebrating milestones, and shaping young futures

Ideal Learning Support Assistant For this Westminster School:

* A high-achieving graduate with a 2:1 or above (psychology ideal, but not essential)

* Enthusiastic, reliable, and genuinely driven to support children with SEN

* Confident working 1:1 and ready to commit to the full academic year

* Experience with autism or SEN is a bonus, but passion is essential
