We’re seeking a committed Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly, supportive primary school in Newham. This is your opportunity to work in a vibrant learning environment where every child is encouraged to explore, imagine, and grow.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and learning activities.

• Providing targeted help for pupils who need extra support, including those with SEN.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and active participation in class.

• Assisting with phonics, literacy, numeracy, and creative projects.

• Helping prepare resources and maintain a safe, engaging classroom environment.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working in KS1 or with young children in a school setting.

• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to learning support.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for early education.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
