Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Job Coach to deliver high-quality one-to-one and group sessions to support individuals into employment and sustained employment.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers to develop practical job-search skills, improve confidence, and support progression into suitable job opportunities. This role is ideal for someone confident delivering interactive sessions, supporting customers through the job-search process, and achieving positive employment outcomes.

The Role Involves:

Delivering one-to-one and group sessions focused on job search and employment readiness.

Supporting customers to update and tailor CVs to specific job roles.

Delivering interview skills sessions, including mock interviews and role-play activities.

Running Job Clubs, supporting customers with job searching and completing applications.

Working with customers to identify suitable job opportunities aligned to their skills and goals.

Providing practical support with job applications and online job search activity.

Building customer confidence, motivation and employability skills.

Monitoring customer progress and supporting progression into employment.

Recording customer activity and outcomes accurately on internal systems.You’ll Need:

Experience delivering job-search support, job coaching or employability support.

Experience delivering one-to-one and group sessions.

Strong coaching, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and motivate customers with varying support needs.

Confidence supporting CV writing, applications and interview preparation.

Good organisational skills and ability to manage customer activity effectively.

A supportive, flexible and customer-focused approach.Due to nature of this role you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
