Prospero Teaching is recruiting for Level 2/3 HLTAs in Dudley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA who is passionate about making a positive difference to children's lives and supporting their learning and development. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant/HLTA qualification or equivalent, have experience working with SEN primary–aged children, and be confident supporting pupils with their individual learning needs. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.

Pupils are supported to re–engage with their learning, develop practical and social skills, and build their confidence and independence. As an HLTA, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with PMLD, complex needs, SLD or ASD, and be confident providing tailored support to meet individual needs.

Contract type: Temp–to–Perm

Full time/part time: Full–Time

Pay: From GBP95– 108.21 per day (depending on experience and quals)

Working hours: 08.30–15.30

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Level 3 in either Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/ SEN

Level 2 in either Health and Social, EYFS or Teaching Assistant/ SEN

SEN knowledge either personal or professional

Physically fit to support mobility issues

Nurturing and passionate individual

Knowledge of SEN support

Care or school experience/ environments

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced Child/ Adult Barred List DBS registered with the update service, or be willing to apply

Provide a minimum of two professional, child–related references
