We’re looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive secondary school in the Yardley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HLTA who enjoys working with secondary-aged students and supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects.

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or relevant experience

Proven experience working with secondary school students

Ability to lead small group interventions and support class teachers

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Must be available to attend an interview in our Birmingham city centre office
