This Graduate Teaching Assistant role is ideal for recent graduates with relevant qualifications looking to gain valuable classroom experience across Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham, and the surrounding areas.

The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll be working with pupils who have a range of SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and Speech & Language difficulties. This Graduate Teaching Assistant position offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in both 1:1 and small group settings while exploring a career in education or SEN.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with SEN across EYFS to KS2 in their learning and developmentDelivering targeted interventions under the guidance of experienced teachersWorking with children who have EHCP plans to help them achieve their individual goalsAssisting with behaviour management and promoting positive social interactionsPreparing resources and adapting materials to meet diverse learning needsWhat We're Looking For:
